Sports performance DNA test: train according to your genetics
Adnà’s sports performance test shows how your genes influence your athletic profile, your recovery and your injury risk. A simple saliva sample, collected at home, is all it takes. The analysis is carried out by an accredited partner laboratory that analyzes over 700,000 genetic markers using Illumina technology. You receive your report as a PDF by email 30 to 45 business days after the lab receives your sample.

No. Adnà offers tests for informational and educational purposes. They are not intended to be used as a diagnostic tool. Your traits and results depend not only on genetics, but also on environment, upbringing, lifestyle and other factors. How do I collect my DNA sample?
Sample collection is simple, quick and painless, and is done at home with no appointment. Detailed instructions are included in your Adnà kit, and our instructions page walks you through them step by step.

How do I send back my collection kit once the sample is collected?
• After collecting and registering your sample, stick the prepaid return label included in the envelope over the shipping label.
• Seal the envelope, making sure it contains the samples tightly closed in their packaging.
• Mail the envelope by dropping it in a mailbox.
• You can track your order and receive the main shipping notifications by email.
Once the lab receives your samples, allow 5 to 7 business days for the results of a DNA relationship test, and 30 to 45 business days for a health or wellness test.
