DNA nutrition test: match your diet to your genes
Adnà’s nutrition test, also called a nutrigenetic test, shows how your genes influence the way your body responds to foods, diets and nutrients. A simple saliva sample, collected at home, is all it takes. The analysis is carried out by an accredited partner laboratory that analyzes over 700,000 genetic markers using Illumina technology. You receive your report as a PDF by email 30 to 45 business days after the lab receives your sample.
What your report reveals
- Your response to diets. The approaches that seem best suited to your profile, such as a lower-carb diet, and your genetic tendency toward weight gain and weight fluctuations.
- Food intolerances and diet-related risks. Insights on lactose intolerance and the risk of type 2 diabetes.
- Vitamins and minerals. Your likely needs, to better adjust your intake.
- Biomarkers. Indicators such as omega-6 and triglycerides.

How much does the test cost?
The nutrition test costs €279. The price includes the kit, the prepaid return label, the lab analysis and the report.

How the test works, step by step

Sample collection is simple. Here is an explanatory video showing how to collect the sample, and detailed instructions are included in the Adnà kit to guide the client.
• After collecting and registering your sample, affix the prepaid return label included in the envelope in the same spot as the shipping label.
• Seal the envelope, making sure it contains the samples securely closed in their packaging.
• Mail the envelope by dropping it in a mailbox.
• You will be able to track your order and receive key shipping notifications by email.
