Data Protection

We understand the importance you place on protecting your personal information. That's why Adnà considers maintaining your data privacy to be such a top priority:

• Adnà's partners must attach the same level of importance to the protection of personal customer data as we do:

  - Their certifications subject them to rigorous standards of confidentiality, performance and quality;

  - They are located in areas where legislation (Law 25 and RGPD) imposes strict obligations on how they collect, store and use personal data;

  - They only use your personal data for the strict purpose of carrying out the service to which they have committed. In other words, your data may not be sold to external third parties.

   

• Adnà ensures that your sample is anonymized when transmitting your information to its partners*. This means that the partner laboratory will have in its possession a sample that cannot be associated with you.
• We also ensure that you have extensive rights over your personal data, such as the right to access, modify and delete it.

Our privacy policy describes in detail the type of information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it and the measures we take to protect it.

*Except in the case of parentage tests, which of course require the sample to be associated with the individual.
