Returns and refunds:

• We can accept returns if and only if the envelope is intact and unopened. You must contact us in advance to confirm the possibility of returning your kit, as some of our tests are final sale and non-refundable. Adnà reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the specified criteria.
• The return period is 30 days from the date of purchase of the kit.
• It is imperative that the original envelope is unopened.
• We will offer a full refund, less shipping charges if applicable, within 30 days of receipt at our offices.
