How long will it take to receive my results?

The time required to process and analyze your sample depends on the type of report you have ordered. Once it arrives at the laboratory, processing times are as follows:

1. Paternity and other filiation test kits are processed and sent out to you within 24 hours. Once you have sent back your sample and it has reached the laboratory, results are normally ready within 2 days following reception at the laboratory.
2. Biomarker tests are processed in 7 to 14 working days.
3. Ancestry, sports performance, nutrition, skincare, talent & personality, microbiome, genetic predisposition and pharmacogenetics test kits are processed and shipped to you within 24 hours and results are normally received within 30 to 60 days of placing your order.

How will I receive my results?

You will receive an email notification when your report has arrived on the Adnà portal. Simply log in to your account.

What are the limits of your tests?

• Our tests are for informational and educational purposes. They are not intended to be used as a diagnostic tool. Your traits are not only influenced by genetics, but also by many other factors such as social and geographical environment, education, lifestyle, etc. We encourage you to interpret the results with caution, and to consult healthcare professionals for further evaluation if necessary.

• The information extracted from the tests and presented in our reports should be considered as indications of predisposition and not as definitive diagnoses. Their relevance may vary according to numerous environmental factors.

Added to this is the integration of peer-reviewed studies accepted by the international scientific community, which enable a connection to be made between a particular gene and a potential predisposition. This ensures that reports are based on recent, relevant scientific data that reflect an established scientific consensus.

Can your tests identify predispositions to certain diseases?

• Yes, our Genetic Predisposition Test answers this question. However, this test is not intended for diagnostic purposes.
